Well surprise Mountain Home wasn’t to be where we would settle. After being there 9 months, and buying a house Matt got another job offer and we decided to pack up again and move to Star Valley, Wyoming. We were super sad to leave our first house that we put so much into and changed so much, and really hope it will sell fast. We are also really sad to leave all the wonderful people we met and were friends with in Mountain Home, there are truly wonderful people there, and we will miss them so much. Here is the view in front of our house, it is beautiful here and we are going to love the mountains! ![]()

When your child uses your parenting strategies on you…
Tonight Marc was saying the bedtime prayer and Luke was being a stinker and wouldn’t sit down. As I am pulling on Luke trying to convince him to sit down, Marc says without missing a breath, “and bless mom and Luke that they can be reverent while I am saying the prayer.” Where have I heard that line before?

Catch-up
Matt had a birthday and is getting so old.
This kid is getting so big and will turn 1 this month.
These three are troublemakers, but are certainly cute ones.
Playing in the snow has been fun, but we are ready for Spring.

Christmas
We had a great time at my parents house for Christmas. Everyone was there except my brother and sister who are on missions, but we got to Skype them which was awesome. We played hard, all got sick, ate too much, got spoiled with gifts, played games, made memories, and loved being with family. ![]()
Playing games with Grandpa was a favorite
We wrote our goals for 2013 on paper lanterns and lit them. It was awesome to see them float away. I felt a little like Rapunzel in Tangled!!
My dad bought the grandkids their presents this year. He got them Christmas camo t-shirts. My boys love them. My dad also got them all a stuffed animal that squeak, well come to find out they are dog chew toys, no wonder they were on sale!!
Christmas morning was lots of fun with all the kids and their excitement. It was fun to be able to share in their excitement.

Thanksgiving
We had a great Thanksgiving with my family. We went to my grandparents for Thanksgiving dinner, went shopping on Friday, and went Christmas tree hunting on Saturday. It was a fun-filled trip and we are glad we get to go back in a few weeks for Christmas.

Christmas Tree Hunting
My boys had so much fun. There wasn’t very much snow and it wasn’t very cold so it was awesome. Luke played boo with grandpa while Marc went with the older kids and scouted out the best tree. John spent the day in a make-shift play pen, a sled and he was happy as could be. After hot dogs, smores, and hot chocolate we cut down a tree and headed home.
My Boys
I can’t believe how grown up my boys seem these days. Marc just keeps amazing me at how big he is getting. I don’t feel old enough to have a big boy yet. He certainly keeps us on our toes
Luke is now talking, and I am not sure why we wanted him to start. He can be a sweet little thing, but when Marc is around and he isn’t getting his way, he can be a beast. He is a great helper and lots of fun.
John has decided it’s time to move. He gets into everything and he is fast. It’s so cute to see him crawling and trying hard to stay up on his hands and knees. He has also decided to try pulling himself up onto everything. It won’t be long until we have another little guy running around the house!
